– Orders take up to 10 days to be processed and shipped due to Covid-19 delays

– We only ship Monday to Friday. Shipping takes up to 2 days for 
deliveries in the UK and up to 5 days for international deliveries.

– All shipments require a signature on delivery. We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages once it has been signed for.

– The shipping address must match the address on the billing card.

– We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the
address information is entered incorrectly.

– Additional custom charges may be incurred.

– If the product you ordered is not available, we will contact you immediately by phone or email to discuss a substitution. If you do not want a substitution and wish to cancel your order we will refund you immediately. 

– Due to the nature of the product we cannot offer refunds. All sales are final.

– In the unlikely event your order is incorrect; we are able to offer an exchanges for a product of the same value as long as the following conditions are met: 

  • An exchange has been requested within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • The bundles/frontal/closure has not been worn or tampered with and is still in its original state and packaging

– Requests for exchanges on merchandise returned without contacting us first will not be honoured.

– Please be advised that ALL orders are packaged under video surveillance to prevent fraud attempts. This is for the protection of the company and the client to ensure you are receiving the correct products.

– All shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer, with the customer having full responsibility over the item until it has been received by us. All orders must be sent back tracked and signed for.
